How to Take Care of the Body by Doing Spas at Home

Body treatments for women are commonly done at beauty salons to pamper themselves after a day of activities. 1. Create Your Own Spa Drink

First of all you have to prepare a spa drink as a friend of your relaxation event. You can create infused water creations according to your taste. For example cucumber with lemon, apple with cinnamon or strawberry with mandarin orange. In addition to healthy, of course this is not less fresh with a drink in the spa is not it?

2. Create an Exciting Atmosphere

b. Scrub and Exfoliating

Pour warm water in a large bowl. Add a few drops of aromatherapy oil in it. Then cover the head with a towel and do face steam for a few minutes.
d. Mask
You can do a face mask using a self-made mask. Some natural masks you can try are a mask of oatmeal mixture with eggs, turmeric powder with honey or from various fruits and vegetables. When use it let stand for 15-30 minutes. Then rinse thoroughly.

6. Take Care of the Body


a. Cleaning the Body
Bathe with scented soap. After that, use scrubs all over the body to clean dead skin cells.
b. Soak with Aromatherapy
Before soaking make sure the water temperature to soak is not too hot or cold. Then add the aromatherapy oil and bath salt into the water. To add a spa feel, light up aromatherapy candles and add some rose petals. Soak the body for a while while enjoying your spa drink or can also listen to soothing music.
c. Soaking Feet
Prepare warm water that has been mixed with salt in a container. Then soak the feet for 10 minutes with the water. Rub the feet slowly to help remove dead skin cells. After that lift your feet, then rinse with clean water and dry.

7. Use Cream and Lotion to Moisturize Skin
Use creams and lotions to keep your skin moist, from face, body, hands to feet. Make sure the moisturizing cream or lotion you use matches your skin type.

8. Cut and Cat Nails

The final step is to cut the nail. Cut and trim your nails using a nail cutter. Should avoid using scissors as it will make the nails thin. After that, you can use nail polish to beautify your nails.
